This is a tables and css layout that features Honjo Ren and Oosaki Nana from the NANA manga by Ai Yazawa, the image used is from chapter 56. After a good while with a grungy layout, I decided to go with one that is simple and clean. This is also the first non-FMA layout in over 8 months.

No texures or brushes were used on this layout.

This is a tables and css layout that features the Fullmetal Alchemist manga. It includes Ran Fan, Edward, Ling, and Ed's watch soaked in blood. Images are from chapters fifty-five through fifty-seven.

It doesn't really spoil anything unless you know what to look for.

This layout features Edward Elric from the Fullmetal Alchemist manga. The images on the left side of the header are from chapter 43 (which would be in volume 10) during Ed's nightmare. The ones on the right hand side are from chapters 51 and 52, which will be in volume 13 when it's released sometime next year.

I don't think it spoils anything, although there were some nice parts of chapter 53 I would like to have used, but that would have been rude of me (tons of huge things happen in that chapter). I used a texture from Freed Wings.

This is a tables and css layout that features Allen and Linali from the D.Gray-man manga. It's a blend of the Jump Revolutions cover and volume three's cover, with a checkered background blended in.

This is the first layout in a while that doesn't have a white background, although the header is a bit big by my standards.

This is a tables and css layout that features Edward and Alphonse Elric from the Fullmetal Alchemist manga. You could say that this illustration by Arakawa was where that scene in the Ready Steady Go opening came from.

You can find a copy of the illustration used in the layout in the Manga Artbook section of the FMA gallery. I also used a texture from The Magic Box on the layout.

This is a tables and css layout that features Edward Elric and Ling Yao, with scenes from Ed and Ran Fan's fight from the Fullmetal Alchemist manga.

The particular images are from chapter 33, which would be in volume 8. As should be mentioned, Ling and Ran are manga only characters. Ed and Al's fight with them in Rush Valley never happened in the anime, pity I might add.

I had been trying to make a new layout for the site, but I didn't really like anything I came up with. To be honest, this layout isn't really up to my standards, but I wanted to change the layout. So until I come up with something better, this will be the current layout. ;)

I had gone through a few different styles for the new layout, but I decided to go with this. I had made an avatar out of this particular image (with a similiar look) and then had made a button from it for the site. It then struck me to use that idea for the layout.

The background of the layout is soley made from brushes, with some overlays and blending effects.

This is the second Fullmetal Alchemist layout for the site. The previous one featured the anime, so I wanted this one to feature the manga. I generally like Ed better in the manga, so that's why I prefer to work with it as opposed to the anime.

For this layout I used several overlays and filters, and wanted to give off a wintery feel. The background is made from some abstract art I made, as well as some sparkly brushes. What probably took the longest was to cut Ed out of the background of the original image, although the one thing that I didn't like about this layout is that the edges of Ed just didn't turn out right.
