March 2006 Updates

3.19.06 - I'm not dead...seriously....>_>

Geez, I went way too long without an update. Almost two months is too much, really. Sorry about that.

Firstly, new site layout. The last one had been up since December 2nd, so that's 3 1/2 months. It's been a while since a layout's been up that long. Anyway, here's another Fullmetal Alchemist manga layout. It features Ran Fan, Edward, and Ling. Images are from chapters fifty-five through fifty-seven.

It doesn't really spoil anything unless you know what to look for. Ran and Ling need more attention in general, read the manga if you've only seen the anime! I can't stress enough how different the anime and the manga are from each other. >_>

As for the content update, there's a bit of variety. Firstly, twenty-three scans for volume five of Kodocha. It's been a while since I've updated it, and being that it's one of the most requested sections on the site, it's about time. I'll try and add some more in the near future. This volume includes one of my most favorite frames in the series, this one actually.

About Kodocha, I should mention that Tokyopop let their license for the series expire and it is now out of print. If you see copies of the series, I suggest buying it instead of putting it off. Otherwise your only option of owning it will be in its original Japanese format. I've bought the entire series, so that won't effect my scanning it for the site.

Next to be updated is D.Gray-man. I added twenty-one scans for chapter three of volume one, which is almost the whole chapter (they're all whole pages). I must say that the scans for D.Gray-man would have to be the best for manga on the site (probably because I thoroughly squished the book and cleaned the scans...).

...and that's it for today. The site's fourth domain birthday is next Wednesday (the actual founding is around a year earlier, but I don't remember when), so I'm going to try and add some more content then. Also, volume 13 and the second artbook for the Fullmetal Alchemist manga are going to be released then. I'm ordering both, but I don't know when I'll get them. You can expect scans from both sometime in April (I hope).
