September 2004 Updates

9.30.04 - Scans and Fanart

After a long time of saying that I was going to add scans for the second Cardcaptor Sakura movie, I finally did. There are now twenty scans from the little Tomoyo photo album thingy that came with the special edition. Some of them could have been of better quality in my opinion, but I think my scanner is starting to die. So I had to scan them at very high dpi's, which my computers memory didn't like (300 mb psd's aren't nice to edit...).

The dub on this movie isn't the atrocious Cardcaptors dub, but was done by Bang Zoom! (whose VA's have done roles in everything from Wolf's Rain to Trigun). I don't really prefer the new dub, but that's because I've been listening to the sub for the first season. Anyway, I'm going to be adding screencaps for the movie by the end of October (hopefully...), and also for many more episodes.

On another note, I added two drawings by two different artists to the fanart section (one is by a returning artist, quite good in my opinion!). Enjoy! ^-^

9.24.04 - Coding sucks...

I updated the site with a new layout! It's a bit more appropriate for fall, and features textures from Infinitfan. I think it took me longer to get everything coded than actually making the layout. I have to code every section seperately, at least it's not as bad as when the site was coded in html (php is great, isn't it?). Anyway, that's the only update for today. I just got the layout up, so I'm still working out some bugs. ^_^

9.15.04 - Some Saikano Stuff

I updated the Saikano section with roughly a hundred images (didn't keep track). I cleaned out the anime section and removed about thirty images that were already in the screencaps section.

I added fifteen color images to the manga section, and around forty new black and white manga images. I left off on the manga images at around the same spot where I left off on the screencaps. The only difference is that the manga images went a few scenes further than episode four at the end of this chapter, so if you're wanting to know what happens you can get an idea from the manga images (note I do not leave in any text in the manga images, so you'll have to go by the actual picture).

9.11.04 - A ton of screencaps

Well, this is a fairly large update. First, I have seven drawings by three new artists in the fanart section. Those can be found on page 8. Second, I have 740 new screencaps for the Cardcaptor Sakura section. These are for episodes 14 through 17, and bring the total number of Cardcaptor Sakura screencaps up to 3,578. I am working on the second movie's caps, but those won't be up for a while. I'm extremely busy with school, a new puppy, and a bunch of other nonsense.

9.3.04 - Some fanart

I haven't been updating much lately, have I? Well, the reason is one word: COLLEGE! I started on Monday and now I'm off until Tuesday. I don't understand why they started the week before Labor Day, but now I have some time.

So, today I updated the fanart section. The work by this artist is quite good, so be sure to check them out. They're on the 8th page, enjoy! ^_^
